Warm up details
Session 1
- 2 x 20min warm ups
- Warm up start time: 11am; finish time 11.40am
- Warm up 1 is 46 & over, warm up 2 is 45 & under
- Women in race pool, men in warm up pool
- Sessions starts 11:45am
Session 2
- 2 x 15min warm ups
- Warm up start time: 3pm (TBC)
- Warm up 1 is 46 & over, warm up 2 is 45 & under
- Women in warm up pool, men in race pool
- Session starts 3:35pm
Lanes 7 & 8 will be dives for the last 10mins of each warm up.
